Onsite Tech Support

We will provide an onsite tech support agent to help you with all of your hardware, software and application issues. Webgate's tech support agents are knowledgeable and are experienced in our company process and service levels.

We travel onsite to your home or place of business. We will then provide information regarding our services and answer all of your questions. A plan will be discussed to move forward with your solution. We also assist with file backups and smart maintenance.



Remote Access Tech Support

Webgate can also troubleshoot and service your computer or laptop remotely over an Internet connection. If you have a good connection, we can assist with system configuration changes, security threat fixes, web and email tweaks, smart maintenance and many other services.

We use secure remote software to connect to your computer. We then see your computers desktop screen and use your mouse pointer to perform functions. This service is available starting at only $0.75 per minute.



Telephone Tech Support

You may not need onsite tech support as some issues can be solved in minutes on the telephone. Simply pay a low fee starting at only $0.75 per minute to have a computer or web specialist at your disposal. Webgate offers this support service to help you save money on your tech support costs. We're just a phone call away.


Details

Administration and consulting fees are $50.00 per hour.
Remote access and telephone support are billed in half hour intervals.
Pricing does not include applicable taxes and is subject to change.
