cPanel Portal access allows you to manage your own account which includes: add and remove domains, add and remove email addresses, change account and email passwords, manage dns, manage spam and more. cPanel is filled with useful tools and applications and is an easy to use web based access portal.

Extra email accounts or databases are $4.95 each per month. Extra storage is $2.00 per gigabyte per month. Extra transfer is $2.00 per gigabyte or portion thereof, per month. A $25.00 web hosting setup fee may apply for each domain hosted.

Registrar and registrant transfers are $25.00 each. Domain parking is $25.00 yearly. Additional fees will apply for web hosting services and domain setup, if applicable.

Free Telephone Tech Support
Customers that have purchased our web hosting or domain registration services will receive free tech support to assist with first time account setup and ongoing support required to maintain their account.

Paid Telephone Tech Support
You may not need onsite tech support as some issues can be solved in minutes on the telephone. Simply pay a low fee starting at only $1.00 per minute to have a computer or web specialist at your disposal. We offer this support service to help you save money on your tech support costs. We’re just a phone call away.

Paid Remote Access Tech Support
We can troubleshoot and service your computer remotely over an Internet connection. If you have a good connection, we can assist with system configuration changes, security threat fixes, web and email tweaks, smart maintenance and many other services. We use secure remote software to connect to your computer. We then see your computers desktop screen and use your mouse pointer to perform functions. This service is available starting at only $1.00 per minute.

Paid Onsite Tech Support
We will provide an onsite tech support agent to help you with all of your hardware, software and application issues. Our tech support agents are knowledgeable and are experienced in our company process and service levels. We travel onsite to your home or place of business. We will then provide information regarding our services and answer all of your questions. A plan will be discussed to move forward with your solution. We also assist with file backups and smart maintenance. Onsite labour and travel rates may apply.
